How do you tap the keys?

I currently only use the x key with the pad of my index finger but i feel this method is too slow comparing to using the tips of ones fingers. I can play 3.6 max and can only hit two beats at once (two beats in the same place)

How do you guys or girls tap the keys and how good are you at osu?

Learn to alternate between Z and X, or use whatever keys are comfortable to you, it is your choice if you always alternate or if you single tap and then alternate whenever you cannot singletap that BPM. Keep practicing and you will get better soon enough..

Z and X. It took me quite a while to get used to.

For tapping I use middle finger. It was awkward af for a few months when I started out, but now it's pretty normal. Sometimes for fun I will switch fingers for tapping or just alternate if there is a large enough time gap between notes.

I'm around the same rank as you are and I can do majority of 4 star maps in a few tries and I have completed a few 5 star maps. Typically, I don't worry about passing maps because the ones I try to do are way over my skill level. Sometimes, the next day I find myself able to complete the song simply from giving myself a break.

Btw, do you have a mechanical keyboard?

I use ring finger and index. Pretty uncommon.
