You can directly edit the players' stats to move them from catcher to first (for example).

Couple Suggestions:

Trades involving Players to be named later and cash considerations

Ability to convert guys
- Mainly from starting pitcher to relief pitcher
- Failed Position player to pitcher
- Catcher to 1st Base
