I dunno, I think half of our argument has been de-based, Valve's gonna be releasing content for L4D 1, in fact on the release date of L4D 2. I was upset becuase it seemed like L4D was being abandoned for this sequel that didn't even take a full year to pump out, but seeing as L4D is still going to get some good treatment after the release of 2, I don't see any reason to be against them wanting to sell their improved engine, I mean they did that with HL2 and its episodic content, and nobody batted an eyelash.
I mean, sure, I'm gonna wait to get L4D 2, but if there's any significant change to the source engine, and access through an SDK, I know I'm gonna get it.
