Borderlands 2 MLP References

Wasn't sure where to place this.

Did anyone notice some lines of dialogue in the game make you think "What was going on behind the doors at Gearbox?"

For example: "Butt Stallion", as Handsome Jack said, is a diamond pony (Reference to Rarity much?)

Or what about Fluttershy being mentioned in the credits?

Also, Gaige's skills reference MLP as well like "20% cooler", "Discord", "evil enchantress" and "potent as a pony".

I bet she wasn't happy with the name he came up with, hence why she was whining when Jack told her to say hello :)

When I play, the Mechromancer say "Best robot ever". Is the title of the last episode of season 1 ( The Best Night Ever). Not sure if reference or only coincidence but anyways I find that pretty funny.

I thought it was a reference to Dash saying "BEST. DAY. EVER!"

That was when RD won the Best Young Fliers competition and got to spend the day with the Wonderbolts

After I check what you say I fond why I didn't remember that moment. It's because I see the episode in french so she didn't say "Best Day Ever". She say "C'est vraiment le plus beau jour de ma vie" ( It's a good traduction but I didn't make the link with that french sentence and the real one)that why I never hear that before but thanks for the information.
