Background:
After a nuclear apocalypse, the cities are built on low radiation areas that are the only safe places to live. Ravaged by terrorism and rebellions, the metropolis police have resorted to recruiting and conscripting from the Under-city, a place full of slums and sewage. The Under-city has become the main battleground for the metropolis guard. As the city is torn in two (The East and The West) the Metropolis Council is trying to create a weapon to remove the rebel infestation. Proton labs, located on the outskirts of Metropolis, is a hidden organisation run by rebels to create all the weapons and battle suits needed to fight the ever growing Metropolis Army.

This is the outline of Act 1 (part 1) there will hopefully be three acts in the series, each adding new enemeys, weapons and battlegrounds, whether they will be seperate games or expansions has not been decided yet
