Administrative Votes [HOW TO]
Hello MetaConstruct people,developers,users.

With a few developers we've decided that we were done with administrative decisions taken lightly by only one or two people. Especially somebody but for the sake of the objectivity im not going to quote names.

The system
(This system does not replace the consensus system, it is an addition to the current system.)

An administrative vote, is a vote that will decide the outcome of an administrative decision. The vote has a time out of at least 1 day to a maximum of 7 days. The time out delay is chosen by the developer creating the administrative vote. The output of the vote must be enforced by administration whether they like it or not.

Example:
Should we move over the discord to in-game administration to the developer server?

Condition to create a vote:
- You must be a developer
- Adding or removing a person from the developer rank can not be done by an administrative vote
- You do not need pre-votes/approval
- Your vote needs clear choices that are objective

Example of a bad vote:
Should we switch to m3ta map?
~ Yes
~ Yes
~ Maybe

Example of a good vote:
Should we remove Starfall?
~ Yes, there are too many exploits and abuse
~ No, I think it’s a way for users to be creative
~ No, but (put your reasons in the comments)

Condition for a vote to be accounted:
- A clear statement that says which choice you choose
- Your choice must be among the proposed choices of the vote
- You must be serious, memes and jokes will result in a non-account of your vote
- You do not need to justify your vote
- You must be a developer

Example of a good answer:
Should we remove Starfall?
~ Yes, there are too many exploits and abuse
~ No, I think it’s a way for users to be creative
~ No, but (put your reasons in the comments)

Your answer: Starfall should be kept on the server without any changes.
