Maelstrom's Sub-Group for Raffles

You may happen to know the Maelstrom servers. If you don't, you probably should. This is the section dedicated to raffling away pretty neat stuff. Get an admin to approve it, and you can make your own raffle.
Requirements:
1. Must be of some serious value.
2. 40% of profits goes to you.
3. No scamming or anything.
