Hiya,

In case you're unaware, Lucky has made me a co-leader, due to time and all. This means that I'll start organising training events, scrims and lobbie, which I'm hoping will have a turnout. If we want to go anywhere this year, we need to meet a few more times each week, and not just in lobbies. Therefore, I'm going to make an effort to ensure that we have at least 3 of these a week.

I'll see if I can keep it to a regular schedule. We need to make sure we have training sessions on at least 3 days a week. Any opinions on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday, seeing as that is what I have going through my head?

'But Spur, what will we do in these training sessions?'

Go over the maps we'll be playing on, devise strategies on them, and if possible, play a scrim. I don't consider lobbies to be ideal, it's just more target practice and something to ensure we know our positions.

Also, I've noticed that when we perform well on a lobby, we tend to get hyped-up, which can then lead to a massive disappointment, like on Granary.

Hello everyone! As you know, we have a mumble and a tf2 server (crappy ones, but we do). In the beginning of August, I rented them using my own money.
Now that the time on them is running out, it is soon time to renew the servers. I have been recommended to use www.fragnet.net as hosting company instead of Multiplay, so that's what I'm going to do. If you have other, better options, tell me please.
The thing I'm meant to talk about though, are the costs. I feel that it's unfair if I get to pay for the server by myself, since it is our team server after all. Sharing would be the most fair option, but it would be very hard to make everyone pay irl money through paypal or something.

My suggestion is that everyone in the team pays me one Mann Co. Supply Crate Key each. In return, I pay for the servers. Keys are much easier to handle than money, you just get them ingame by trading with ingame items, no irl cash involved. Also, I can sell those keys for real money if I want to, to afford the server.

When you read this, trade me and donate a key, please! If you can't do that for some reason, talk to me. But remember, it's our server after all, so if you don't pay your share you aren't contributing :c

If there are more than one player with the same main class, and they both show up for the game, the most competent one will play.
The same applies for subs.
However, if 2 mains show up, and one of them are subs on another class which is needed at that point, he should play that class and let the other main play his main class.
