Liftoff Racing Community (LRC) is a place where pilots of Liftoff can get together in one place to organise events, compare times, setups or just talk FPV!

Liftoff has a bunch of potential when it comes to multiplayer so having a connected community will definitely help with keeping this game going strong. Once we've found a good lot of pilots we can start doing race nights where there will be a structured event keeping it as true to life as possible.

Hopefully there will eventually be an online leaderboard where times are automatically uploaded to a leaderboard online somewhere as well.

Finally, just because the name of the group is Liftoff 'Racing' Community.. definitely doesn't mean there won't be any freestyle involved once a free fly mode is added. ;)

First Dubai Legends Event!

If you're not too much into reading long posts, just comment below your vote whether or not you'd like to compete in the next elimination round on Dubai Legends. This poll is also on the fb page :)

A) Yep, Sign me up!
B) Need more practice
C) We should wait for more members.
D) I'm not interested in racing.

So now that Dubai Legends Track has been released and we are getting more members joining, it's probably a good time to do a bit of a test run with an Event. First event would be elimination, and the final 4 of this elimination would compete on a set date and would be live streamed so anyone that's interested can watch, possibly a small prize. ;)

Once I know that you would like to sign up, you would be matched with one other pilot who you would then race against on Dubai Legends. It would be preferred that these 1v1 elimination matches are coordinated between the 2 pilots themselves but if needed, an LRC mod can do their best to set it up. Once a winner of those 2 is decided, the winner will go on and get closer to that top 4 spot. Because LRC is still so small I'm confident in going about it this way without having any drama. I'll go into more detail in a later post about requesting rematches etc..

Really wanted to keep this short so please put your vote in below so I know to sign you up to the event or not. I'll be posting a couple of 'Polls' over the next day or 2 that will help me decide on a few things, e.g. God Mode, 1v1's randomly picked or best matched with a similar lap time on the leader boards.
