Dear Me,

You've been through a lot lately, haven't you? But then again... Who hasn't? None of this makes you special or feel any better, so I'll just move on.

I remember ever since you were young, you had these dreams and aspirations. They only grew stronger in your teens and adult-hood years.

But looking back at it now... You probably should've given up on them right away.

Not only none of it came true, they all came with plenty of abuse (mostly mental) and constant squashing and derailment of those said "dreams".

After all that, even the closest ones stopped caring about what you wanted to be... To do. They already saw that there was no hope in it for you.

Throughout the constant darkness however, there was a small ray of light: video games.

While you can't have much of anything or travel anywhere in real life, you can in video games. They became something that helped you through certain things. These games that made you feel... At least... A little bit better. A "tiny therapy" if you will.

Now that all is mostly gone and lost, you still have your games.

While you will never have an audience or anyone that gives a damn anymore... Remember this:

You will write for yourself. You will have fun.
