Ok cool. It was probably one of the manually imported games that made me think it wasn't working. Thanks!
I've changed notification settings recently (although i already forgot what steps i took exactly >_<), and noticed that after last sale, some games i bought and cleared from wishlist were not removed from ITAD waitlist. At the moment i've cleared my waitlist, and new games are added, but previous ones are not synced. I'm not sure if i should just refresh my Steam and GOG wishlists, or remove them and add again...
The way it works now is that each time a sync adds a game it will save info about the profile from which it was added - you can see that in the Waitlist when you open info for the entry. When during sync ITAD finds that a game is removed from wishlist, it looks at link and if the entry is not linked with any other profile it will remove it.
When you run sync now, ITAD will create these links even for games that you already have in Waitlist from old imports, but it obviously can't create link for games you already removed.
You have two choices now. If you have modified your Waitlist in some way (manually changing settings for games in Waitlist), the safest option will be to just remoev them one by one. If you didn't, you can clear your Waitlist completely (there's an option in the menu) and sync it back.
