1. how do i obtain a oauth2 key to use for my app
2. what is the ratelimit on requests, i do not see a ratelimit header set

1. You can get API key from your app setup page: https://isthereanydeal.com/dev/app/ (and see menu).

2. There is no hard limit at the moment, but there are heuristic checks on the usage.
