I cant access site with firefox
For about a week now I haven't been able to access the site even with a clean profile. It tries to access the site and then just stops once it gets a response, it doesn't even go to a problems loading screen.

Whats wrong?

I don't know but that's gonna be something on your side. I use Firefox as I primary browser and have no problem. Can you check different browser or different network (public wifi or something)?

It loads in chrome which is why I tried a fresh profile in firefox. I am using a pcxfirefox build though since some of my favorite extensions aren't signed.

I'm afraid I won't be able to help you there. Try disabling plugins maybe?

I tried the most recent build of pcx and it works in it. It looks like your servers are rejecting connections from the build i've been using which is frustrating because i'm waiting for all in one sidebar to be fixed in the current builds

You can check what they fixed in recent build (compared to version you used), but since it's fixed in recent version, it's kinda waste of time trying to fixing it for older version. You could try to use both versions (or chrome) in meantime, until that extension get's updated?

Btw. all-in-one-sidebar version 0.7.31 works fine in recent version of normal firefox (signed, etc).

Same problem here, I'm using an old version of Firefox (v47)
Doesn't work in safe mode and clean profile
Works with others browsers and a old version of portable Firefox v49

Is there a website upgrade?

giHefca did you also try to turn off plugins?
giHefca Jan 28, 2017 @ 3:53pm
Yes, plugins and extensions

Well then, we don't know. There's nothing in our code that would block older browsers.

0.7.31 disables sidebar collapsing and that gets irritating when I go through the web comics I read. Last time the dev disabled it it took about a year or so before they bothered to fix it because its basically on life support since the dev switched to chrome, so I've been putting off updating.
I've looked at some alternatives but none have stacked up to even a buggy aios.

I just think that its weird that it worked all of this time and suddenly stopped w/o any changes on my end.

we weren't changing anything that would prevent loading page for you either. It IS weird.

Do you self host? It could be a security feature from your host if not.

Same problem here. Please fix it.

Guys, having tvo version of website because of bugs in old version of browsers (fixed in new versions) is highly ineffective, sometimes even impossible (ie. if that problem is with too new version of certificates, it woud mean purchasing two versions of them - one less secure - and running two webservers).

Anyway, if we at least should pinpoint it to category of issue, we need more info. Like your IP addressess (use whatismyip.com for example), time of access, address you're accessing (itad.eu?) and if you're able, use tools like firefox debuger, to show you what happens during connection (did you get code 404 - file not found, 403 - forbiden, 495 - certificate error,...?).

Don't post those there, send them to contact email on itad's pages.

Firefox 44, 46, and 47 do not appear to load ITAD at all anymore, does not bring up any sort of connection failure or error page, just instantly fails to navigate to the page.

FF50 seems to work for some but am unable to upgrade currently due to plugin support issues and a few other changes.

EDIT: This is for accessing http://isthereanydeal.com (and https) from a us-based IP.
Im not familiar with FF debugger, but opened it and tried to navigate to the page, couldnt seem to attain much from it other than the debugger "Console" window displayed:
