I emailed support yesterday and got a fast response, but when I returned the email right away to give them the info support needed, no one responded. :( I hope the problem with my account gets fixed today. Not too happy at the moment. :(

i wished i had the same response i've sent in 2 tickets and even waiting for a review on a bundle they put a hold on. they even charged me for the bundle and 0 keys. not a happy camper atm.

edit. indiegala never helped me but ignored all attempts at contact. how sad. lost a customer.

I have been charged for a game but i only received an email saying that my transaction has been scheduled for reviewing. I ve send 3 email to support but they wont answer back !!! this is frustrating

I conducted a traded for a Guaranteed Key, but that key had (somehow) already been activated. Received an initial reply to my email, requesting a screengrab of the Steam message.

But once I sent them the info requested, I've heard nothing since. I've tried follow-up emails and contacting them on Facebook . . . but nothing. Not happy.

I sent an email to support so will update if question is answered. I made an email with @icloud.com and set my account all up and entered some giveaways. When I wanted to buy a bundle I couldn't (because of Apple email) so I disconnected from steam and unclaimed the profile to use a different email, now it will not let me connect my steam profile to the @yahoo.com because it is I can't use it for two profiles. Any answers or suggestions?

What's up everyone. Today I tryed to login with my account, but everytime I get this error "Profile not claimed or password not set". Never happened to me before, and I cleared Google Chrome cache yesterday.
Anyone got a fix for this? Already tryed to recover my account, but didn't fix.
