Scaly and banned devs mass giveaways

Why does indiegala continue to give away games that was clearly removed by Steam as scaly devs. You can no longer buy these games and the games you tried to give away this last month was all belonging to same group that Steam banned and removed. Why does indiegala have business with this person/group? This is very worrysome that you do business with scaly people and raises some questions? Could indiagala please respond to this because this clearly concerns me and i am sure others and this will deter me from buying from indiegala in future. I/We appreciate the freebies but then it needs to be games that is buyable on Steam and trading cards WORK. These banned games you can do nothing with them. Nothing at all.
