I have seen some people get confused in changing their account. So I would like to share my experience.

Steam Idle Master Extended (SIME) uses Internet Explorer (IE) to login & load credentials.
So, just clear IE' cache.

1. Exit SIME completely
2. Go to IE's cache location: %localappdata%\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache (paste this to Folder address bar then press Enter)
3. Clear all files in IE's cache folder.

Note: In case you are using IE as web browser, just clear cookies related to Steam, do not clear all files in IE's cache folder.

4. Open SIME and login (at now, SIME will ask for username & password to login).

Doesn't work for me, the login page is broken, copying a couple of bits of cookie data isn't so hard once you get the hang of it:
