Any way, IM is dead, use the Idle Master Extended fork instead, test it at virus total if you want, I'm sure I did and it came out clean.
I'm not going to vouch for the safety of any software that I didn't 100% write and write the libraries and compiler for. To be able to discern software's safety you don't ask about it, you learn more about software. Like the difference between viruses, trojans, worms and any other malware. Or how reliable is Anti-virus? Or what is the most common way people get infected and what steps you can take to avoid that. No software is 100% safe.
