Hello guys i have 3 game that cost money but i will not idle for them it says idle complete and i dont have any cards

Steam gives the cards(not idle master), Steam only gives half a badge set number of cards.

No, steam only gives you half the set, that's it. it doesn't give you half the set, wait for you to get rid of some and then give you some more.

What does your badge page say? - how many 'cards remaining' does it say? link in 1st post.
