Windows XP as Streaming client not working
According to the FAQ it is not possible to stream FROM WinXP, because it's missing the audio capture API. If I understand that right, it should at least be possible to use WinXP as streaming client?

When I try to start the stream on XP, I'm getting the error:

The procedure entry point SHGetKnownFolderPath could not be located in the dynamic link library SHELL32.DLL.

Since it should be possible to workaround the 'SHGetKnownFolderPath' function, can you fix it, so streaming to WinXP is possible?

Cheers,
Thomas

I have the same error on an XP streaming client. I ran sfc /scannow just to be sure it wasn't something corrupt, but still have the error.

Getting the same error

I have a old Sony VAIO VGN-NR220E running Windows XP. Drivers and XP are as updated as they can be, as Sony/Intel/MS haven't released a update in years.

Host PC is on Win7 PC with decent specs.
