WiFi router QoS settings
My wireless router offers the possibility to prioritize certain application. Does anyone know which ports and protocols the In-Home Streaming uses?

"All communication is done over IPv4 and UDP on port 27036"

I will try that as soon as I am accepted for the In Home Streaming beta.

Is this still the case? I've noticed improvement, but still having video latency after having QOS prioritized that UDP port traffic of 27036

No, the actual stream is over a random port. You may want to turn on QoS in the advanced host settings.
