No sound while using Remote play together.
Ive tried everything, but still when my friends join to play, no matter what game it is, still get no sound.

Here is my remote play settings:

Upd: Tried deleting and installing steam, still no sound

I've had the same problem for hours, I've tried everything with steam or remote play settings but nothing.

were you able to solve it? I've been trying to play with my friends for 3 hours

I was finally able to solve it, it's because I was in STEAM FAMILYS BETA with my friends, I had to go to (Steam -> Settings -> Interface) then choose not to participate in any beta and with that I can play again with my friends and with him restored audio.

Let's hope Steam can fix it soon for the family beta

Same thing happened to me today, went to a wake came home and it doesnt work. Did steam update today or something

Yeah, looks like a bug with the Steam Families Beta that's only affecting Windows clients. Linux remote play and Android remote play were working fine for me, but Windows client gives me no sound.

super annoying, I wasted like two hours before realizing this could be due to the beta client

I have the same problem with the regular Remote Play. There is no sound on the Client side.

Try leaving all betas. IF ur not in one, try deleting steam browser data.
