Specific games not allowing Steam remote play?

I have a Linux Host -> Windows Client, Steam play works for some games but the option is missing for others.

It works with Hitman, Hearts of Iron 4, City Skylines, Overcooked.

The button is missing on Ace Combat 7 and The Witcher 3.

I am pretty sure i played these games on this System before. The games i am trying to play are installed on the host and launch fine on the host.
Any Suggestions why these games specifically are not showing up?

are you using steam desktop client, or the steam link windows app?

No the games are not on the list. I can search for them manually and I get presented with the install button. It's the full desktop client on both the linux host and and windows client.

Cities skylines uses licensed music. I know for a fact if a game uses licensed music, it does not broadcast. For example, alot of the "radio stations" dlc in cities skylines is basically licensed music.

Not sure about the other games. I suggest asking on the witcher 3 forum or the other game forum. Im pretty positive on witcher 3 forum someone will answer you. It is pretty active forum.

well its works no problem with city skylines so i dont think this is a licensing issue.

Also this is not a ingame issue but a steam issue so going to that specific forum would be unhelpful
