Have OS, uninstall/disable it and use HAC2

put -console at the end of the target line on your Halo CE shortcut

open the console with the ` key (key above tab), type custom_chat 1

that enables Halo 3/Halo Reach style text

the medals have to be downloaded separately and you drag the .zip files (don't extract) over to
Documents\My Games\Halo CE\hac\packs
(if you don't have a packs folder just make one)

then to active them just open the console and type optic load halo3 or whichever one you picked
