The Second Raffle

For our next raffle, i'm deciding to do a Beep Boy for the engineer. If you don't know what that is, I reccomend looking it up on wiki.teamfortress.com/ so that you know what you can win. As for the raffle entries, each entry will be a reclaimed or items adding up to .33 refined (for example, 6 regular craftable weapons). Im also changing the rules of the group a little bit: from now on group player of the week will be the winner of the last raffle, so congrats to applebloom for winning our first raffle, and becoming our very first group player of the week.

Im adding something new into the group where the last person to win a raffle becomes the group player of the week. This makes applebloom our very first group player of the week, so be sure to congradulate him on winning.

I figure that the way that the ranks on this group will be as follows:
Admin: Me
Officers: People who i can trust to help me with the raffles
Moderators: People who are currently entered into a raffle

Officers are allowed to enter a raffle, but are demoted to moderator for the duration that they are entered into the raffle.

Additionally, since I am collecting the money for the raffles, I will not be entered into any of these raffles because I would have to pay myself, and can therefore pay myself my entire backpack to enter 453627836743514785362543265 times.
