Of course not use admin mode. Before the windows 10 creators update its working fine, that problem after it.
Read the post in the link below if you just want to play GTA V without ENB/ReShade. The Creators Update is the problem, it has serious bugs. If you're using DirectX 9, you'll have to use d3d9.dll.
