List of ideas that would improve Rank G drastically.

Remove middle-east players from Rank G!
Countries falling under the term "middle-east" (not limited to):
Turkey, Saudi-Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Iran, Lebanon
Right now (1st of December 2017) there are 49 players from the middle-east region (26 TUR, 5 S-A, 12 UAE, 3 KUW, 2 IR, 1 LEB), meaning that every 3,6th player you come across in Rank G is from this region(!).


- The clash of cultures:
is too big, between europeans and people from the middle east. It is a fact that the educational standards between the two regions have immense gaps. Therefore communication in one common language (english) is hardly possible, sometimes not even realisable.

- Skillgap:
is a huge factor and issue in the current state of Rank G. The qualifying process for people in the middle east is way easier than it is for Europeans. Due to the lack of local competition in the middle east a base of skill is not existent, since there are no good regional teams (exception: Space Soldiers). The scenes in the middle-east are generally nowhere near to being able to compete vs. the EU scene. Yet, they have seperate qualifiers to get to Rank G (regional A+ Pugs).

- Logistical problems:
are one of the biggest, if not the biggest issue with players from the middle-east.
They tend to play with high Ping (ms > 60, outside of Turkey often ms > 100). It is not fun for the players themselves to play with such disadvantagious connections, nor for their teammates and even opponents (harder to hit due to lag).

Remove the players from EU Rank G, create a local platform for them Middle-East Rank G (?)). Let them play on servers located in Istanbul, Dubai etc. give them the chance to compete in a surrounding limiting the disadvantages they currently have whilst playing on EU Rank G. The gap between the cultures isn't that big anymore, since the general lifestyle is more resembling.
