The following requirements are dynamic and are considered on a case by case basis.

Be nice, lovable, and friendly.

Proficiency in at least one engineer or medic mercenary.

[DPS] Be able to work cooperatively with a partner medic in competitive and casual matches. Support and assist teammates completing the objective and be able to provide adequate cover to engineers. High DPS Mercs include Arty, Fragger, Nader, Rhino, Skyhammer, Stoker, and Thunder.

[Medic] Consistent support for high DPS mercs and engineers. Utilization of the mercenary's perks in order to best achieve victory. Always moving and reviving when necessary. Medics include Aura, Phoenix, Sawbonez, and Sparks.

[Engineer] Strong focus on repairing and defusing objectives. Ability to switch to an alternate mercenary when there is no objective to complete or during transitions in the match. While a KDR will typically be under one, the individual needs to be competent in defending/attacking the objective. Engineers include Bushwhacker, Proxy, Fletcher, and Turtle.
