What is GFL?

GFL is an ever-expanding gaming community. We do our best to provide a place where people all around the world can interact with each other online. This includes general discussion, playing games, working together on projects, and so on.

We currently have multiple teams that anyone can apply for. This includes the Developer Team for people who are interested in programming, the Media Team for people interested in creating graphic designs and other forms of media for GFL, and many more teams to come!

GFL hosts game servers across multiple games. Our game servers are created, customized, and optimized to give every player the gaming experience they deserve. In addition to this, we hand pick all of our admins and take pride in having the best team to keep our game servers clean.

Hello everyone!
HeLLsGamers (HG) and GFL are coming together to host a cross-community 1v1 event! HG is a multi-gaming community founded in 2005. HG is a safe and fun place for casual and competitive play!

When will the event be?

Date: Saturday, January 11th, 2020
5:00 PM PST - 6:00 PM MST - 7:00 PM CST - 8:00 PM EST
Server IP: [GFLClan.com] GFL & HG 1V1 EVENT (92.119.148.2:27015)
An event channel in GFL’s CS:GO discord will be open for anyone who wants to VC during the event. You are not required to be in the VC!

How to play:

Method of competition: 1 versus 1 over 4 different maps.
The player with the most kills after all 4 maps wins 1st place, down to 3rd place.

Who can play:

Anybody from each community can come!
In order to sign up from GFL, you must be a member, have prime status on CSGO, and have less than 3 bans on record.
16 people will be chosen from GFL, and 16 will be chosen from HG.

Prizes:

1st place prize: $30 dollar steam gift card
2nd place price: $20 dollar steam gift card
3rd place prize: $10 dollar steam gift card

Prize payout period - up to 7 business days after the tournament ends.

HG and GFL event rules:

No cheating, exploiting, glitching, or 3rd party tools that give you an unfair advantage. This includes ghosting as well!
Be respectful! High amounts of toxicity, harassment, etc will not be tolerated. Do not use racist terms/slurs.
No mic/chat spamming or excessive yelling.
No advertising other communities or groups!
No loopholes of the rules by any means!
