I am currently looking for skilled animators for a future project

I have had a dream to get a full length OVA or movie off the ground and on youtube or some other media platform. I will pay sums of money for this project but it will have to be little by little. I will also be obtaining my own animation software and virtual art software to help out as much as I can. I will need writers, storyboard artists, sound designers, character designers, and of course animators to make this happen. Voice acting will be out of the question for now.
