Blow stuff up for science

Fleetbreakers tests ships to destruction to determine better blueprints and design strategies. Blow stuff up for science.

This will give us a way to organize open or psuedo-open environments where multiple players can participate. Multiplayer combat is a lot more fun! I mean scientifically accurate!

Also intended for ops testing and other noncombat testing, although that's not as flashy.

Almost all Scientificly Acurate things are fun! Almost as fun as tests...
