Report a translation problem
The png-to-dat stuff is going to create a plethora of cool stuff, one of which I'm considering working on myself, but I'm lacking in image editing software at the moment.

Edit: I've updated the script to output a *.PNG extension for the 15 files that require it.
Extract all the files, png-to-dat and the other files in the sprites folder and then run the png-to-dat... then i take the files in the dat folder a move then in the resources ff v, replacing the original

Its not actually the tiles that are broken. They look fine when opened in an editor. The tiling error is actually caused by a rendering error in the way the game scales the screen.
So unfortuntely the tiling issue can't be fixed by editing artwork :(
