Team fortress Summer update

In 2013 summer valve released a tf2 update, wich "Fix" a lot of weapons/set, making them even worse, all changes can be registred in the blog.

I would post weapon changes here, but I can't write more than 3000 words.

Some weapons may have something cooler, but weapons like escape plan and cowmanger are ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up...
