About the group
This is a game play group for the Source mod EXTERMINATUS - RIVAL SPECIES 2. It was founded for the sole purpose of gathering players together to play.

Due to the lack of players we experience at the moment, this group serves rather as a means to find people to play with, arrange games, manage teams etc.


Troubleshooting
If no servers appear in the in-game browser you can join a server manualy by entering the command "connect " followed by one of the following server addreses. You may need to enable the console via Options->Keyboard->Advanced first.

Invalid Steam user ID ticket?
Try logging out of steam and http://steamcommunity.com/groups/exterminatusgame/discussions/0/828925849425022818/ from the steam folder.

After more than a decade in development we have finally decided to drop the "Beta" label from major releases. Today's "full" version is the first major release out of beta. This full version features a new scout class, scouting mechanic, faster boltguns, balance improvements and bug fixes.

If I remember correctly, ChromeAngel is only keeping the groups, website, and server running. Any updates to the game itself depends on community contributions.

No plans for new races/factions. Joazz said he will finish updating the models for the Space Marine Scout and Dreadnought. Then work on updating the Chaos Marine models.

Unless someone else makes the models for a new faction. ChromeAngel right now is just adding any material contributed by others.
