Touche... Not as bad as China? Private companies certainly do, but no one has the Draconian rules in place (just yet) in the US like they do in China (yet).
Sure!
Here's one on ArsTechnica from around last year when DARQ refused the exclusivity deal.

What did you get banned for?
Censorship is coming, in fact it already is. Firstly they went for anyone too far from the mainstream, the people that the average person wouldn't have a problem banning like some natural health over doctors type stuff. But the bans are getting progressively (see what I did there?) worse.
Acomment I made about a NPR article... I took some pics of it, so I will post it up once I get access back.
It's bullshit. I see 100% worse stuff being posted by lots of people, but I got banned. Fuck Twitter!
Well obviously its because you didn't write things about how Nazi's are subhuman and should be killed and anyone who is white\male or non-left is a Nazi.
Nothing political about my post either. At least nothing that goes one way or another, or so I thought. I think someone at NPR flagged me.
Wha?!?!?!

This is a really good explanation of the legalities of the situation BTW, also an indication that judges, this one anyways, know a lot more about the ins and outs of games and phones that one might have thought.
The latest development of EPIC selling its games on GoG won't help their case either.
Yeah, weird that. I know CDPR have had an ambition to make their store app a unified PC gateway for some time, and I guess this fits in with that, but Epic? Maybe it's just that Epic are the only company willing to play ball and they figured they've got to start somewhere.
I think they just want some of that sweet reckless spending that Epic is willing to provide.
Tragic isn't going to be happy about this news though.
