They did a gameplay livestream with one of the devs not to long ago. I guess they're not doing very many updates or announcement so they can keep the hype fresh once something new is revealed

I read that one of the devs said that they're aiming for a Final December 31, 2017 release if there are no delays. He said he wasn't trolling, but I'm not really holding my breath for it
