Are they made by the same people? Or is ES now irrelevant?

Looks like I answered my own question. ES is indeed, now irrelevant.
Augmented Steam is far superior in almost every way it seems. After making the switch, all is well with the world. ES, you had your run, thanks for providing the service you did for as long as you did.
As far as I know, jshackles (author of ES, many thanks for the hard work) stopped ES's update because he was busy working two jobs to support his family. He made the announcement last July which u can actually find in this group: https://steamcommunity.com/groups/enhancedsteam#announcements/detail/1675787121576891113. ES's API server was stopped on 31st Jan this year and jshackles released the server-side code on Github. Then IsThereAnyDeal team took over the work and made AS. That's why AS looks exactly the same with ES in many ways because it's based on ES.
I noticed as I HAD the menu but then it disappeared, so I removed it and then searched for the addon to reinstall and nada...
