Unfortunately Safari uses a different extension API than Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Opera, so it would probably be too much work to port and maintain Enhanced Steam for Safari until Apple decides to adopt the WebExtensions API.

I attempted to port Enhanced Steam to Safari a few years ago but found that Safari didn't support ANY of the features that Enhanced Steam needs to function. The biggest flaw is that Safari doesn't allow their extensions to do secure cross-domain data calls without those domains setting a valid CSP and origin header. So while browsing steamcommunity.com, Enhanced Steam would be unable to pull data from steampowered.com and visa versa.

Perhaps the situation has changed on that front in the past few years, but it really put development on hold when it was being worked on.

As always, Enhanced Steam is open source and anyone that is interested could fork the Chrome code and port it to Safari.
