Each member is given a initial paycheck for joining, if you ever decide to leave, your contract entails you pay the starting paycheck back to the provider, then you're free to leave the firm. Manticore is a completely neutral firm to everyone, unless paid, or conflicts arise between a certain array of people or organizations.
