Q. Why didn't I receive all of the winnings?
A. The site currently takes a 5% - 10% commission from each jackpots winnings, so there will be taxes from your winnings.

Q. Why didn't I receive all of the winnings (That were not meant to be taxed)?
A. The bot has most likely glitched out because of last minute deposits, contact our support staff with adequate proof of not receiving your items (Including the trade offer screenshot from your trade history, the round and items in that round clearly shown via screenshot and a screenshot of the CSGO-DARE BOT's inventory with those items).

Q. Why isn't the bot accepting my trade offer?
A. The bot is most likely working on sending a trade back to an owner account, in this case it may have glitched, please allow 1-2 hours and then try again, we are sorry for any inconveniences
