this is not going to help the admin already said hes trying to fix it. he is the only who is in charge of the support there is no one to help him and there are hunderds of us that lost things. he said he is going to fix it as soon as he fixes the bug so it doesnt happen again.we all just have to wait and be patient. and also the more complaints you make more likely the bots will get trade banned which means no money back for any of us
