Flat Textures VPK

This would work similarly to CleanTF2+ but instead of having to choose it, wait for all the stuff to install, and convert it to a VPK, it'll just be installing the VPK and putting it in your custom folder to make it easier to have flat textures

There are precompiled vpks you can find online. Cleantf2+ allows for many customization thats why its better to do it by yourself.

Also this is not mastercoms' project. You should message JarateKing about that.

Some of the stuff is outdated but the vpks are already there, also if you try using flat textures in casual/any server running sv_pure 1 or 2 you get this grainy effect

every time I customize my game and close and open it again, the settings do not save. What do I do? I hate it every time I put the interface on, close the game, open it up and go back to that damn character photo
