So its pretty simple. Essentially u can't trade unless u have redeemed a game or bought a game on steam. Resolving it is easy. Next time on HB if they have a game that u already have just send it to MKYO. Then he redeems it and now he can trade. Also steam guard has to be up for 15 days.
