The Cafe of Broken Dreams is was a elite group of video-gamers, hailing from the pre F2P-era of Team Fortress 2. We play an assortment of video games now and sometimes host events. Most of the time we sit in IRC Discord and complain about how bad video games have become.

Check out our website to see this same information in a different format or join the Discord to reminisce about when TF2 was fun.

Group membership has been closed for some time now but if you do hang out with us or play on our TF2 server, please feel free to join (and maybe shoot doc a message so he knows who you are).

The Cafe's end date was originally going to be April 2020. And then 2020 arrived and boy this has been a cruddy year.

So here is the new plan: Cafe lives. The Cafe will continue to live and run a TF2 server until I get bored of paying for and running a TF2 server.

The server will always be around in some form to jump back into and kick around in. Rainbow Ride will continue to exist. Pregame Mayhem will always be here. Nucleus will remain strong.

All the Cafe crew players might have moved on, but if you really miss us then we're just in the Discord: https://discord.gg/NKnPGb3

But you don't need to join the Discord.

It's that time again and Artifact still hasn't died[isartifactdead.com] so we're going to continue with our monthly tournament series:

You have been cordially invited to the (misspelled) Febuary Cafe Luncheon.

:Page: What: Artifact Pauper Constructed Tournament. 2 Matches. Swiss.

:bag: Where: At your own home, it's still a video game.

:notebook: When: February! Games will start on 2/9 but assumed to take a few weeks to finish up.

:conwayshrug: Why: 1st place will get a $10 steam card + # of players! There is no cost to enter so first come first serve! 16 player cap!
