A BUN in the LAN is worth two in the CPU

We are in the early stages of planning for the starcraft 2 lan. The preliminary details are as follows:

Setup Date and Time: July 29th 2010 at 20:00
Start Date: July 30th 2010 at 12:00 midday
End Date: August 2nd 2010 at 17:00

Games to be played: Starcraft 2, L4D, L4D2, TF2, Hidden, others to be decided

The plan is to setup on the Thursday before, move in all the machines, desks, chairs, extension cords, switch and network cables (mini-fridges are optional, but bring extra extension cords!), I also have a nice sized fan to help keep airflow moving and prevent the room smelling like half a dozen men have spent 4 days living there. Go home and get a good nights sleep, then Friday at midday we will start gaming. There will be beer, and there will be healthy food too; of course coffee, lots of coffee.

We will sleep at this LAN, we will even go outside for a while during the day, to prevent blood clots forming in our legs and moving swiftly to our brains.

Attendance is compulsory.
