Welcome to the Brothers In Arms(BIA) ArmA community, an international ArmA 3 gaming Community focused on providing realistic, fun and engaging missions!

Our Mission
The aim of our community is to deliver an authentic, immersive and atmospheric representation of WW2 battles and war stories from the various sides and factions, and allowing each and every one of our players to experience it first hand! We focus on quality of construction, organization, historical realism, while also taking creative liberties to enhance the experience.
This will ensure that both arma but also ww2 enthusiasts will spend an enjoyable night with us.

Gamemodes
Our range of missions and modes will vary from PvE to PvP game modes, Zeused or Scripted, multiple faction gameplay, all in a realistic and fun package that will immerse the player in his mission.

Operation Dates
Operations are played every Sunday and Thursday at 19:00 GMT.We usually play two missions each lasting about an hour and use a reserve only system, meaning that to keep the experience proper, we will not allow late joining and other, non immersive mechanics.

Modpack
The modpack is kept relatively light so as to not hinder the game or the player in its download, and serves to provide all of the aforementioned key points for a nice mission.

Hello, and greetings from AFI. I wish to ask a question about the ARMA 3 events. Why is it that you have 3rd person activated? I wanted to ask about this after the first Continuation War Campaign, but found it difficult to find a way to approach you guys.

But anyway. What's with the third person camera? For example, in the Battle of Porlampi, I can't help but feel that it ruined the experience as tanks could easily spot someone in 3rd person view. No chance for the opposing infantry to approach it.

Any possibility you'd have games with 1st person view only? For example, tonight's tank PVP event would really be fun in first person as it makes people to work together.
