Ability to add info and picture for non steam game / computer drivers in the steam library

I think you should be able to put a picture for non steam games, instead of the black box being there with all the silver lines going through. So you can have a cool full library with games having all their info / artwork (pictures)

you already can, but you have to do it through the default steam library, not big picture. Go to your library, right click a game, and click set custom image.

Then there is a picture, but no infos. Some kind of nfo format that we place in the steam directory with infos for non steam games would be nice. Like XBMC does with movies and shows.

I can see the appeal of an info page, but it's not something i'd use, in order for the page to truely be useful some way to update it live with info would be needed, rather then just copying an nfo of information you already knew when you added it anyway.
