Hi, this PC has nothing installed except for steam, VLC, and Google chrome.
I agree it seems to be a focus detection issue, is there any way to troubleshoot it? Running Windows 10 2019 Enterprise build, using Intel HD graphics.
This is a fresh install, I'll pull you the system info soon

My system runs at 1920x1080, which is what big picture mode runs at
If i start Sanctum a fullscreen game at 1920x1080, my input works perfectly fine
HOWEVER
If i start sanctum or change the resolution to 1280x720, the input issue occurs
So if i run any of my games at a different resolution than my desktop, it causes a focus issue, probably because the resolution changing causes it to lose this focus?
Is this only an intel HD graphics issue?
I was NOT able to reproduce this on a desktop with discrete graphics either. Is this possibly an issue with the intel HD driver?
Also tried the Resolution thing and disabling menu sounds. that didn't help either..
EDIT//
I found a solution. I installed the BETA Steam Client and now it works properly.
