Bloodhounds Expands Operations to South Panau

ATTENTION: As of 2/8/2015, Bloodhounds has formed a brotherhood with TheWolfPack and established a diplomatic embassy and launch point within their borders. TheWolfPack also has one within ours. We are now able to keep a watchful eye on activity in the south, as well as conduct operations there. If TheWolfPack seems to be in need of help, drop what you're doing and help immediately. They will do the same for us.
