Babel is a Terran organization. It is a Kazdelian paramilitary organization and the predecessor of Rhodes Island that was previously the loyalist faction of Theresa the "King of Sarkaz" aiming to serve as a medium to make peace with non-Sarkaz Terrans to resolve their never-ending enmity. The organization was formally disintegrated after Theresa's death in 1094, but their successors survived and declared its revival after the Londinium Crisis of 1098 as the de facto provisional government of Kazdel.
