Axis mod, a new source modification

When you talk to Harlan1010 or, Imperial Stormtrooper for a job application, you will be trusted with admin abilities.

Axis is a new source mod we're working on about a man named Axis who travels through City 17 trying to stop the combine along with the other rebels. He is very agile and runs on rooftops.

Chapter 1-Freerunner

Axis had been a rebel all his life, but he never expected it would be so dangerous now. He was running on the city 1 rooftops, being shot at. He didn't have any family, nor friends, but he did have allies. Of course he felt paint, but that was just the bullet in his arm. The combine thought they had won the seven hour war, when actually the rebels were still fighting, even though they were small in numbers and strength. Axis never knew his real name or mainly anything about himself.

He ducked, just nearly missing a bullet above his head. He was a dare devil, he was never worried about being killed or shot. Jumping off one of the roofs, feeling a rush of excitement and scaredness at the same time. He went flying through a window.....
SMASH. Axis got off the floor groggily, limping down the hallway to get away from the gunshot that were being fired at his heels. Good thing the metro police that were sent after him were just rookies. Most of the time Axis was lucky. He started running again, seeing rebels and the combine fighting ahead at a crossroads in the building. He ran through the crossfire, no bullet hitting him but scraping against his clothing and making rips. He spotted a small pistol and picked it up quickly, it almost fell out of his hands. He knew he couldn't go through another glass window, so he decided he could find a sewer entrance, supposing it could of been planted by the rebels.

Then they came....
The big red eyes....
The assault rifles....
The combine elites were now chasing him. Axis knew fighting was useless, so he turned another and hid in a storage closet with a slotted door. He saw people dieing through the slot, something he had seen so many times the depression was ripping him apart, tearing his insides and smoldering them to dust. "Get down!" he heard an old rebel yell. The rebel ran past the door. Axis burst out of the door, unexpected to the combines, and shot the two remaining soldiers, leaving 7 more soldiers behind him. He found another door, beckoning the old rebel he had seen through the slot earlier to come with him. He found another door, running into it. They found a ladder and climbed into it, finding a gigantic and long maze of sewage and stink.
